Europes first E-Bike Subscription – the easiest way to drive an ebike
We offer a Mobility as a Service concept. The special about SMAFO: we are not a classic bike rental company, but offer an innovative rental concept for a new generation of customers. With our SMAFO subscription, our customers not only rent the bike, but also the service, insurance and logistics. The booking process and management is completely digital and paperless. Since November 2018 we are live and have since tested our offer very successfully with our own city e-bike. Meanwhile, we have more than 200 bikes in stock and customers in the area OWL (Paderborn & Bielefeld). By 2021, our offer should be available throughout Germany. StartUp 2019 – We are very proud to be one of 6 StartUp’s in the 2019 Accelerator Program of the Founders Foundation in Bielefeld.
