Four tips to continuously collect good ideas
How to efficiently observe and generate business ideas:
- Use your expertise: Maybe you know one area particularly well and have already encountered problems here.
- Exchange ideas with your environment: Whether it’s your circle of friends, your family or your work environment – other people often face completely different problems. You should therefore always go through the world with open eyes and ears.
- Conduct a market analysis: Only those who know their industry and the potential wishes of their customers can position their idea successfully. A competitive analysis can also show you whether there are already competitors with a similar idea.
- Observe social trends: From climate change to automation to urbanization – profound changes constantly require new solutions. For startups, this means that there are a large number of areas in which they can start with an innovative idea.

Then this workshop is your chance. We bring together ambitious talents and founders who want to build a scaling business model together from scratch.
Finding the right co-founders is an important step on the journey to a successful company. An essential success factor of scaling startups is their founding team: “A-teams” are more productive, faster and more resilient.
But finding the right co-founder is not always easy. Not only the skillset must match, but also the personal level must harmonize if the founding team wants to go through the ups and downs of a startup together.
No matter whether with or without an idea. No matter if with or without a team. Come by and become part of a unique community.
With some theory about what makes a good and complementary founding team and important questions to ask your potential co-founders, we will start matching.
Meet like-minded people and find your “perfect match” to rock the startup journey together. Be there!
