Four tips to continuously collect good ideas
How to efficiently observe and generate business ideas:
- Use your expertise: Maybe you know one area particularly well and have already encountered problems here.
- Exchange ideas with your environment: Whether it’s your circle of friends, your family or your work environment – other people often face completely different problems. You should therefore always go through the world with open eyes and ears.
- Conduct a market analysis: Only those who know their industry and the potential wishes of their customers can position their idea successfully. A competitive analysis can also show you whether there are already competitors with a similar idea.

With his entrepreneurial experience as a founder, his scientific background and his cross-sector industry expertise, Sebastian Kortmann is our first choice when it comes to industry trends, B2B markets and innovation through technology.
Dennis is Program Manager of the EdTech Next Incubator at Founders Foundation. He was a consultant for the Accelerator at SpinLab and helped build an e-learning startup. He has a lot of experience in B2B startup sales consulting.
Miriam is the Program Manager of the Startup School at Founders Foundation. She has a well-trained eye for startup talent, especially gained through her previous role as Talent Acquisition Manager, and mentors and guides Startup School talents toward their own startup.
