- IMOGENT are part of the PlanetHome Group GmbH now. The group is planning to incorporate IMOGENT’s platform into all sales processes in the future.
Bielefeld, 16 December 2021: Founders Foundation Alumni IMOGENT announces its exit. In November, the startup was taken over by the PlanetHome Group GmbH who want to integrate the business models designed by founders Robin Kroll and Peer Bausch into their business to enrich their processes.
IMOGENT’s business model is made for real estate marketers like real estate agents, project developers, and business service providers. The startup provides a platform where customers can centrally and efficiently acquire external marketing services or software. Apart from visualization services like photography, floor plan creation, and 3D rendering, the product portfolio also offers the requisition of data from official bodies, of energy performance certificates, or property valuations.
In the future, PlanetHome Group GmbH will use the IMOGENT business models to further the digitalization of their company – reduction of internal coordination efforts and elimination of analogue processes. PlanetHome Group is building on innovative solutions.
